Mail advice

Please note under current regulations, only balloons filled with non-flammable gases may be carried by air. Such items must be clearly marked on the outer packaging with the words "non-flammable gas" to ensure their carriage via Royal Mail air routes. Any items found without these markings will not be carried by air routes and instead placed on a surface route, which means they could be delayed.
