Our team can manage a wide range of items and distribution streams including cheque clearings pouches, third party supplies, internal mail, point-of-sale material, stationery, uniforms, computer equipment, service parts and returns. We collate your items for delivery, freeing up your staff to concentrate on their jobs. And because we can deliver out-of-hours, your team won’t waste time waiting for, or dealing with, their deliveries.
We offer fast delivery including scheduled timed deliveries for important items such as cheques or other time-sensitive mail.

Royal Mail Relay® is tailored to your individual needs. You can choose from a range of delivery options including in-night, overnight or same day options. We can collect your items after normal office hours and deliver them before business begins the next day.
Our team are trustworthy, reliable, and extensively vetted to Royal Mail standards. Our operational sites have secure key storage, alarmed strong-rooms, motion detection alarms and ‘stop and search’ capabilities.

- We can only collect and deliver to a fixed database of addresses, as listed in the contract
- No goods of high intrinsic value like cash
- No hazardous goods.
There are also weight restrictions. Within the Relay network, the weight limit is 30kgs per item. We offer services to carry heavier weight items including pallets by agreement.Back to top

We can deliver to sales agents and home workers; provided that either a signatory is present, or there are secure arrangements to leave items on a daily basis.Back to top

Royal Mail Relay® operates through a dedicated network of seven regionally based processing hubs supported by ten discrete local collection and delivery depots. We have access to the largest and best-placed pick-up drop-off network in the UK.
