We’ll be doing something we’re perfectly set up for; something we’re good at. We organise everything addressed to your business into meaningful groups and you get to choose whether that’s by department, unit or division. Your mail will arrive clearly marked and ready-sorted into as many as 25 different departments. This means you’re well ahead of the game by the time the morning mail even reaches your door.

How it works
You can sign up to Selectapost™ for a minimum period of one year and renew it on a quarterly or annual basis.
You supply a list of up to 25 different selected categories that you want mail sorted into. These might be particular sections or service streams that you know regularly appear in your business address. With these identifiers, we know exactly how you want your mail separated and we deliver it to you in discrete bags or bundles.
Once you’re up and running with Selectapost™, you can make changes to the number or nature of selected categories – just contact us and tell us what needs to change.

To use Selectapost you'll need to have an account with Royal Mail. You’ll be a customer already spending over £5,000 a year.

Can I have more than one PO Box™?
Yes, you can have as many as we are capable of providing at a site. If you want your mail ready sorted when it’s delivered, Selectapost™ enables you to receive mail ready sorted into categories that meet your mail management needs including PO Boxes. However please note that if you purchase multiple PO Boxes®, these will be presented upon delivery as one selection and not sorted down to each PO Box™ number unless you also purchase Selectapost.Back to top
What are the restrictions?
There are a few. For instance, If you have a need for more than 25 selections (including a residue) we will have to create a bespoke solution for you and of course, the service is subject to operational capability at the local Royal Mail delivery office. How much does it cost?
There are two parts to Selectapost™ pricing:
- Selection charge - a charge of £37.00 +VAT per quarter per selection, debited in quarterly instalments whereby a residue selection must be purchased at a price of £37.00 +VAT per quarter
- Volume charge - a separate charge based on the volume of sorted items calculated across all sortation selections, including the residue selection.
*Calls may be recorded and monitored for training and compliance purposes. Calls cost 5p per minute plus your telephone company's network access charge.
